Potato Patina

Tina, her actual first name, was the first character I made to repeat an archetype, being my second tank after Ochre Rook.  My main on Virtue was an ice / force field controller, Colt Blue.  Making an ice/ice tank felt to be a thematic step.

She was a tall, strong woman who chose not to mask her face.  Her costume was fairly plain, because you could not see it very well through her ice armors anyway.  I gave her the hat to give a touch of color.  The fleur-de-lis on her chest adds a nice flare.
