with a written request for a full refund of
premium. Upon such request, the policy will be
void from the start, and a full premium refund will
be made.

shown in the Premium Schedule on the Policy
Data page. They are payable in accordance with
the Premiums section. This policy is executed as of the date of issue
shown on the Policy Data Page.
