  • Minimum of 11 single-class funds (max 15), including
    • all 6 classes we currently have
    • S&P 500 Index fund
    • Global fund
  • Minimum of 3 Lifestyle or "Balanced" funds (max 5)
• Reduce fees from 1.76% by at least 0.8%
• Reduce company match from 6% stepped to 5% flat
  • currently:
    • 100% match on first 2% of contribution
    •  75% match on next 4% of contribution
    •  50% match on next 2% of contribution
    • To get a 5% match, you need to contribute 6%
    • To get the maximum 6% match, you need to contribute 8%
  • in January, to get a 5% match, you need to contribute 5%
• 50% of match to Titan Stock
• Only one 401(k) loan at a time
  (people who have now have two loans can keep them)
