On 24 June 1999, an employees meeting was held in Melbourne, FL.
One of the topics in this meeting was upcoming changes to our
401(k) retirement plan. Jim Shaw, the General Manager of DBA Systems,
Inc., introduced the topic and spoke concerning the actual changes.
Then Rich Franzen (aka "me"), DBA's representative to Titan Corporation's
Retirement Subcommittee, gave an update concerning the subcommittee's
work. He also gave a little "sales" talk, trying to encourage
more people to be involved in the plan.
The following pages consist of reconstituted slides from Jim's portion, and net-tuned slides from mine. On my pages, I have added comments, notes, and tables. The "plain originals" are here so that those who cannot view PNG images (due to very old web browsers) can still see my slides. Everyone should start with the "Entire Presentation", however. (And if you cannot view the PNG images, I recommend you update your browser if at all possible.) This presentation was transferred to the "web" so that personnel who could not attend the meeting can still have access to the information presented. E-mail me if you have any comments or questions.
