Sound Strategy
Commentary
Concerning his description: Kids, don't try that at home!
This is another case where I chose a name based on the character's power sets. "Sound" is obvious, but the "Strategy" part just hints at his Mental Manipulation secondary set. Oh, and don't forget alliteration!
His headpiece is there as an antenna, strengthening his mental powers. It's look reminds me somewhat of one of Jack Kirby's Inhumans. Apparently those lab chemicals did a number on him physically; his artificial skin is necessary to keep him alive. I cannot remember what the horseshoe was to signify. It seems out of place now.
