Commentary

It is probably clear that his name is inspired by the worst opening phrase in literature, "It was a dark and stormy night."  Except in his case, he was wetter than dark.  (Too Much of Anything could have used the exact phrase for his name.)

His look is fairly generic.  I don't understand why I used the head wings; he doesn't fly.  I like the eye-creature chest emblem, though.  Maybe if I'd written a description for him, we'd know more about it.

His two power sets allow one of the best combos in the game – Whirlpool + Freezing Rain.  Both are targeted AoE attacks of the same radius and last for many seconds.  Whirlpool offers good damage, slows them, and lowers their defense.  Freezing Rain offers minor additional damage, slows them further, reduces their attack speed, and lowers both their defense and resistance.  In other words, if you were with a team to take advantage of all that watery goodness, a large crowd of foes would be screwed.  Best of all, a defender could have both powers by level 10.

I liked playing him a lot, and he'd likely be 50 now (late December 2012) if the game hadn't shut down.
